Universe:
Utopian Arcana(?)
World:
Phlyndir [FLIN-DEER](?)
World Description:
Stationary Floating Continents hovering over a giant planetary core. The core is hidden from view by clouds. Massive sky bridges, held together by magic, connect the Continents to each other. Three moons locked in stationary orbit with each other orbit Phlyndir.
World History:
Phlyndir was once a beautiful paradise. Vast oceans and green meadows covered the world. The inhabitants of the world lived in peace and harmony. Because of the world’s beauty, the gods desired Phlyndir for themselves. Due to their lust for wealth, war between sects had erupted. Everyone fought for the glory of his or her god. For hundreds of years, never ending was their conflict. To turn the tides, the gods granted the use of magic. With the advent of magic the fighting intensified. So terrible was the war that the world slowly began to crumble. Continents began to fall apart and the once beautiful world of Phlyndir is no more. Seeing that in their greed they have destroyed the once beautiful Phlyndir, the gods have sworn never to repeat what brought about this cataclysm ever again. Banding together, they created a magical core to keep what was left of Phlyndir together. The core however required great power, requiring the gods themselves to be sealed in it for it to last forever. All the gods except for four were sealed into the core. The remaining four gods were tasked with keeping the balance of life and death, order and chaos.
Races:
Ehrui [Eh-rooh-ee]
Description:
Medium built, flexible whose attributes are equally distributed, making them capable of pursuing any profession. Their flexibility allows them to draw from the magic of the core, create machines of steel and steam, and perform acts of physical endurance. Although they are capable of manifesting such talent, they can never be perfect at a certain profession. Ehrui Mages can spend their entire lifetimes hiding away and researching magical arcane, but can never fully understand it and use it to its full potential. Ehrui Technicians work night and day in their laboratories perfecting the use of various metals and chemicals, but can never really master them. Ehrui Warriors train night and day in the arts of combat, but their physical build prevents them from achieving the power and stance for greater combat. Although the Ehrui have no ability alignment, their flexibility still makes them a force known throughout Phlyndir.
Culture:
The Ehrui culture is a monarchy, ruled by one king. Kings are ascended by their lineage, meaning only a member of the royal family may become king. The Ehrui live in settlements usually inside a kingdom governed by a king.

Known throughout Phlyndir for their magical arcana, the Kod-Mezu are both feared and respected by the other races.

Gasoru [Ga-soh-roo]
Description:
Tough scaled race of draconian origin whose physical capabilities are developed to their fullest extent allowing them to handle even the heaviest weapons with ease. Their tough scales add to their endurance in battle, making them the perfect warriors. Although they posses great physical strength, they lack the mental capability to harness magic or technology, thus making them rely heavily on their brute force. They rely mainly on ancestral spirits through voodoo in order to gain spiritual and magical advantages. Their reputation for being fearless in the face of battle makes them the most sought after soldiers throughout Phlyndir.

The Gasoru live in tribes, lead by the tribes elders. Though they posses very little or no magical capability, they are very influenced by their ancestry.
Uceto [Yoo-seh-toh]
Description:
The Uceto are tree-beings, which live for eons, thus allowing them to witness everything in Phlyndir. They are the great sages of the past who hold the knowledge of Phlyndir. Culture:
The Uceto neither have colonies nor settlements. They are lonesome beings who are scattered around Phlyndir, observing the happenings and events that unfold around the world.
The Projects
Description:
The Projects started out as an idea coming from a Kod-mezu scholar and a Nu' Kyo Engineer in order to create a powerful weapon. The engineer created a shell, built-in weapons, and a central system, while the scholar gave it a life force, but something went wrong. At the touch of life, the Machine immediately started to attack both the scholar and the Engineer. Running for their lives, they shouted around villages that “The Project” was coming, which was how it kept its name. After the rampage, the Project started to create its own city; and empire. The Project created lesser copies of itself, and was able to kickstart and run its minions with solar power and energy reserves. The Project then called itself X01, acting as a leader, whom sends its orders through signals to minions in order to act. Fearing its destruction from other races, X01 was able to establish peaceful relationships with them. The Projects are a speedy race that excels at knife combat. Knives that are built into the arms of the projects can be replaced, so can every other part of its body, including batter reserves and solar panels. Unlike normal Projects, X01 does not decay, therefore making X01 the only being, apart from the Uceto, who knows everything.
